Patricia Estelle Richards, 66, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 17, near her home in Vienna, GA. A graduate of Tampa Preparatory Academy and the University of Tampa, she was an avid enthusiast of computer technology and held several degrees in the field, making her career as an IT specialist in Tampa, FL, before retiring to live with her sister Carolyne, also recently deceased. She loved computer gaming and was an active member and volunteer with Christ Episcopal Church in Cordele, Georgia. The third of five children born to LTC Everett Dalton Richards, (USA, Ret.), and Annmarie Hickey Richards, she is survived by her sisters, Judithe and Suzanne, and her brother, David. Her remains will be interred with her parents at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Tampa, at a date to be determined. Arrangements are by Rainey Family Funeral Services.
