EL DORADO, Ark. -- The Salvation Army in El Dorado in preparing for their annual Spring Feed that starts next week.

"We go out and provide sack lunches for the kids on Spring Break that may not be able to have good lunch," said Maj. David Robinson. "We will be in multiple locations in El Dorado, where volunteers will hand out these lunches."

The locations where drivers will be delivering sack meals are Haygood Neal Apartments, Vineyards, Crown Ridge Apartments, Bradley Woods, Hudson Place, Norphlet Library, FUM Smackover, Strong City Hall, Huttig City Hall and Calion City Hall.

"I am still looking for volunteers for Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon starting at 2 p.m., and weekends starting at 9 a.m," Robinson said. "I will also need a driver to help take lunches out to different locations such as Norphlet, Smackover and some apartment complexes."

Spring Feed sack lunches will be provided March 24-28.
