A retired church pastor is facing prosecution in relation to an incident where he was preaching at a ‘safe access zone’ outside a hospital in Co Londonderry.

Clive Johnston, a former President of the Association of Baptist Churches in Ireland, has received a court summons over complaints under the Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) Act.
